Meet The Team

Edward C. David, CPA

Ed is the firm's managing member. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts — Lowell. He has been practicing public accounting since 1986. Ed is closely involved with our clients in all aspects of their accounting, tax, and business consulting. He is principally involved in audits and review engagements as well as handling clients with significant tax planning concerns. Ed has developed a niche in the construction and building industry. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and the New Hampshire Society of CPAs (NHSCPA). He has served on the boards of the Salem Contractors Association, Greater Salem NH Rotary Club and the Greater Salem NH Chamber of Commerce.

Andrew J. Nelson, CPA

Andy has been practicing public accounting since 1974. He is a graduate of Northeastern University. Andy is a member of the AICPA and the NHSCPA. Andy is involved in preparation of tax returns and providing general business advice to our clients.

R. Kevin Waggoner, CPA

Kevin has been practicing public accounting since 1992. He is a graduate of California State University — Northridge. Kevin is a member of the AICPA and the NHSCPA. Kevin co-manages all aspects of the tax practice. This includes preparation and review of tax returns, providing general business advice to our clients, researching tax regulations, corporate and individual tax planning, representing clients with tax authorities and is responsible for maintaining our tax software for both preparation and research.

Judith E. Emery, CPA

Judy has been practicing public accounting since 1988. She is a graduate of Bentley University. Judy co-manages all aspects of the tax practice. This includes preparation and review of tax returns, providing general business advice to our clients, researching tax regulations, corporate and individual tax planning and representing clients with tax authorities.

Faith L. Gerry, CPA

Faith has been practicing public accounting since 1995. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Faith is a member of the NHSCPA. Faith is involved in the preparation and the review of our audited and review level financial statements and researching accounting principles. She also prepares tax returns and provides general business advice to our clients.

Denise A. Perrault, CPA

Denise has been practicing public accounting since 1992. She is a graduate of Salem State College. Denise is a member of the NHSCPA. Denise is involved in preparation of tax returns, monthly compilations, payroll processing and providing general business advice to our clients.

Michelle L. Delois, CPA

Michelle has been practicing public accounting since 1988. She is a graduate of Bentley University. Michelle is a member of the AICPA. Michelle is involved in preparation of financial statements, tax returns and providing general business advice to our clients.

Erik R. Johnson

Erik is new to public accounting and is working on his Master's of Science in Accounting. He is involved in preparation of financial statements, tax returns, monthly compilations and payroll processing.

Kayla L. MacDonald

Kayla has worked in public accounting for a couple of years and is working on her Bachelor's degree. She is involved in preparation of financial statements, tax returns, monthly compilations and payroll processing.

Lynne A. Silva

Lynne is responsible for the administrative functions of the firm.
